Refunds

These are digital files. Ask for a refund before the pack is delivered. After the zip has been delivered, the sale is complete.

If a file in the pack will not open, email support@sablefolio.com and we will replace that file or refund that pack.

We reply within 3 business days. These packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel.
