Can I use a template for a client?

Yes. The document you create is yours. You cannot resell the template file.

Are these Microsoft templates?

No. Sablefolio is not Microsoft. A DOCX file is a format that word processors open.

How do I pay?

Choose Order. Creem takes the card payment. After it confirms the payment, the zip is in your account.
