Every paid pack includes LICENSE.txt. The license named on the product page is the one that applies.

Personal License

One buyer may use these files to create documents for themselves and for their clients. The template files may not be resold, shared, or uploaded to a template marketplace.

Studio License

Up to five people in the same business may use these files to create documents for that business and its clients. The template files may not be resold, shared outside the business, or uploaded to a template marketplace.

Both licenses

• You may edit colors, type, and words.
• Documents and pages you make from a template are yours.
• You may not resell or publish the template files themselves.
• A layout is not legal advice. A proposal or letter template is not a reviewed contract.
