If you write through the support form: your name, email, and message. The server also stores a basic log line for rate limits. We do not sell personal data.

Payment

Creem processes the payment. Sablefolio stores the order reference, not the full card number.

How long

Support messages are kept so we can reply and keep a record of the request. You can ask us to delete a message that is not tied to an open order.
